Wade S. Oney, Jr., Chairman

Wade began his career with Domino’s Pizza as an assistant manager in 1981. He worked his way up to VP for US Operations in 1989. In 1992, Wade left Domino’s and became the Regional Director for Papa John’s Pizza in Florida. In 1994, Wade was named Chief Operating Officer. Wade and his team grew Papa John’s Pizza from approximately $100 million in sales to over $1 billion in sales by bringing in the right people and putting them in the right places. Wade left as COO in 2001 to focus on his Papa John’s franchise operations.

Today, Wade continues to serve on the Papa John’s Pizza International Board of Directors National Advertising Committee, and the Franchise Association Board. Wade is one of their largest franchise owners, with 52 outlets in Orlando, Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, and South Florida. Wade was named “Franchisee of the Year” in 2006 for Papa John’s Pizza, International. Wade also owns and operates 10 Qdoba Mexican Grill franchises in Tampa and Orlando, and he continues to develop both markets.

Wade is Chairman of our Board of Directors for Ice Cream 4 You International, and is active in the strategic direction and decisions for Topper’s Creamery.

Gregory A. Sausaman, President

Greg began with Domino’s Pizza as a multi-unit supervisor in Tampa. He moved up quickly through the company to Director of Operations and Development for their upstart Pizza Dispatch subsidiary in South Florida. Greg then purchased Domino’s Pizza franchises in North Florida, and was the owner/operator of up to eight franchise locations for seven years prior to selling them in 1995. After selling his franchises, Greg spent seven years as a business consultant with Allied Domecq brands (Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, TOGO’s sandwiches). The last two years were spent as a multi-brand business consultant covering the Southeastern US. In 2003, Greg joined Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Family Sports Pubs as Director of Franchise Operations and Director of Franchise Sales for the US for the 200+ unit family casual dining chain. Greg has a Master’s of Science in Management: Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. Greg has been the President of Topper’s Creamery since it was founded in May, 2006.
